FBA
Purchase Products from Suppliers It doesn’t matter if you focus on Online Arbitrage, Retail Arbitrage, Private Label, or Wholesale (even Amazon Returns). We can prepare your products regardless of how large or small the order is. We accept international orders. We can even receive pallets or shipping containers. Contact us to discuss custom large orders. Sorry, we do not accept liquidations at this time. Ship Your Products to Us First & Last Name address We Receive Your Products at Our Warehouse Upon arrival we inspect and count your products, to ensure that the product quality meets Amazons standards. If there are any products that do not meet those standards, we will notify you via email with photo documentation. Your products will be stored free of charge for up to 14 days. Prepping Your Products Within 24 through 48 hours, your products will be labeled, polybagged, and bubble wrapped (as necessary). Your inventory will be listed on Amazon via Seller Central or Inventory Lab. Lastly your items will be boxed, receive shipping labels and sent off to Amazon’s warehouses. Your Shipment is delivered to Amazon Once the item leaves our warehouse, you can login to seller central to receive updates on the status of the package arriving to Amazon. The whole process is really that simple.

FBM
Fulfilled by Merchant or (FBM) is where we hold your inventory and ship the product to the customer using the shipping feature in your Amazon Seller Central Account. You will need to give us permission to update your notification preferences so we get an email each time you sell a product. Or follow your instruction and getting shipping label from you! We will then pick, pack and ship that item directly to your customer. FBM Process Item is shipped to our facility from your supplier The item is received, inspected and inventoried. We communicate to you what was received and its condition You will need to list the product on Amazon as Fulfilled by Merchant, input the quantity on hand and your price. When a customer orders the product we will receive a “Ship Now” email from Amazon. We will pick the item out of inventory and package it for shipping. Using your Seller Central Account we will pay for shipping to the customer and print the shipping label. All shipping times meet Amazon’s Service Level Agreement (SLA). Items ordered Monday – Friday before 3:00 pm Eastern time will be shipped same day. Ordered after 3:00 pm Eastern time will be shipped next day. Items ordered after 3:00 on Friday or on the weekends will normally have shipping labels printed within 24 hours but not be given to UPS or USPS until Monday morning. Monthly you will receive an invoice for storage fees and all per-unit FBM charges.

We accepts returns from your client only for products what we send from our Prep center. We accepts any removals. Amazon has an incredibly lax return policy. Good for customers, bad for your bottom line. Keep losses from returns to a minimum with return services. All you need to do is give us permission to set up automatic removal of unsellable items from your seller central account. Then, every week, Amazon will send us the items that were returned.
